The products purchased on JOAYO can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Post this, return, or exchange is not allowed. Also, for the return or exchange to be valid, products must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, polybags, hang tags on garmentsetc.

To cancel your order, contact our support team with your order ID via Whatsapp, email, phone, or chat. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it immediately. If dispatched, you can refuse delivery or request a return.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 18 -20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
